ok just read a book that has made me question so so many things. made me look at things in a whole fifferent way.
now im not expecting this to shift my perspevtive on life, but it did make me think.

for anyone thats not come across any dan brown he writes books based roughly on fact (how much depends on your point of view and opinion) and uses his immense knowledge of obscure facts to put a very alternative and usually controversial twist on things ( he wrote davinci code. enough said Laughing ).
the premis of this book is that a scientist is murdered, the body is left lying on the floor with the sign of the "illuminati" ( google it you'll be surprised) branded on his chest.
Enter dr robert langdon a harvard proffesor with a speciality in symbology and a large fasination for the illuminati. this leads to the discovery of some missing dark matter and the ensuing race against the clock twists and turns from america to switserland to rome, once rolling the story slows and speeds up with the skill of a formula one driver.

WARNING the first couple of chapters are full of techno babble and if you don't follow them can be very offputting. please keep on thpough because once this out of thew way it's a cracking good read that had me hooked so badly i read all 136 chapters and 620 pages in five days. oh yeah and the twist in the end really shocked me.

let me know your opinion of this review as critisism always welcomed as long as it's polite Laughing

Ive read both the Da vinci Code and angels and demons, i prefered angels and demons, mainly as i have an interest in how the catholic church works, and a book like that always makes you wonder about what actually goes on. The ending was definatly not what i was expecting in more ways than one. I liked the book, but yes the first couple of chapters do require a bit of concentration for later on.

I still need to read Digital Fortress and Deception Point, and ....... Laughing

So many books to read.

Having read all Dan Brown's books I have to say in my opinion this is the best. Get into it and it will keep you hooked right up to the interesting end.
