How can we get members to want to join and keep posting??
besides everyone posting as much as possible to get teh foroum looking lively, what else can we do????

An arcade can help - it gives people something to do when the board is quiet, and they're more likely to stay on long enough to see replies to posts.

Good idea. I use the arcade a lot on one of the reptile sites I go on.

We use Arcade X v6, and the instructions are pretty comprehensive, though how easy it is might depend on the particular forum software you're using.

It's where you can play various kinds of computer games, and with some games the high scores appear on the forum.

Oh oh - don't do computer games, too fast for my poor old brain to contend with but I can see where they might attract/keep other members though. I don't suppose it would hurt to give it a try..........
