Wow a year already????A year ago to the day i sent a text that would change mine, my dads and my familys lives forever.
Dad hadf never known his father, and i had joined genesreunited to do my family tree, after being a member there for a while i found mums long lost cousin, so i asked dad if i could look for my grandad and his family, he said it was upto me as its part of me too.
So i looked and looked, found alead and got a number, and probably exactly a year ago even at this time i first spoke to my auntie lynn after having text her around an hour earlier.
the poor woman knew nothing about us, although as long as i can remember i knew about them. I am sooloo chuffed, i have a big new loving family
