Its just chalk I think, Ive seen them done before, brilliant!

yeah just chalk watched a bloke draw one in london. spent about hour wayching him. was hole in the pavement he drew cables trains the full monty was amazing. after watching him stuck a fiver in his begging bowl and miserable sod wouldn't let me take photo of picture
