so do you like me have any regrets in your life?i have a few,my first is not meeting sarah when i was younger,i wish i had found her years ago she has really made me the person i am today and without her i might not be here today.

my second is not being able to choose between being a professional footballer and the army, well making the wrong choice.i chose the army and broke both my ankles,i had trials for portsmouth fc and charlton fc when i was 17 and 19,when i was 17 i chose the army over the football career and i am gutted i did that as i busted my ankles on a rip slide so when it came to my trial when i was 19 i was accepted for a contract...until the eleventh hour when i was twisting and turning,my ankle gave out on me and lost that contract too.i see my mate gareth barry playing for aston villa and i kick myself everytime, because i wish id folowed my heart and not my head because it "could" have been me out there.
i know in life they say"dont regret the things you have done, regret the things you didnt do"..well thats my two regret's.it upsets me everyday,i know i shouldn't dwell on the past as i have a fantastic wife,5 beautiful kids...but it hurts,13 years on and it still feels like yesterday.

you should never have regrets in life as every experience made you the person you are now. im 24 and already have a messy divorce and lots of things i shouldnt have done under my belt but it all lead me to the person i am now and the place i live now.
if i didnt move to Bexhill when i got married i wouldn,t have met the man im with now and so much in love with, i wouldn't have all the friends i have or my animals.
never regret the past just look forward to the future and be happy

i regret things i have done, but i wouldn't change them if i could. mainly because they make me who i am.

my one regret is not taking a very nice job offer in the states. but having said that if i had i wouldn't have met the woman of my dreams gem. so like couple of people said i don't really regret anything i am the man i am now because of the lessons i have learned in life. some very very hard lessons though. Again I've got a few, although i'm being won round by the philosphical outlook on here. The only one I can think of that hasn't had any positives come from it is buying the house in which I now live, as the neighbours amd local council have caused us no end of grief.

i dont think many people will say they have big regrets in life, regrets are a dangerous thing to regret something is to be unhappy with how your life is, and if you are unhappy with how life is then you should do something about it so then you are not unhappy anymore!
