A guy visits the doctor because he has a liitle problem
"Doctor my dick is tiny can you do anything for me" says the guy
"Well" says the doctor "I've been reading about a new opp. that might help,
It's a penis transplant, only problem is the lack of donor penises"
! I'll try anything!" says the guy
"Ok, come back next week and I will see if I can sort one out for you" says the doctor
A week passes and the guy asks "what did you manage to find for me?"
Doctor says "Well the only thing I could get was a baby elephant's trunk"
"Wow that's great doc when can you operate"
"Tomorrow at 10am, all being well you can expect it to be fully working in a month"
Well the operation is a complete success and 5 weeks later the guy meets a girl and they go for a meal, suddenly the guys zip opens and out pops his new penis, it reaches up onto the table picks up a bread bun and disappears back into the guys trousers!
"WOW" says the girl, "that's amazing, can you do that again?"
"Well", says our hero I could but I don't think I could get another bread
bun up my ass!
